There is so much information to take in when considering moving to a new apartment. So, to make your life a little easier we’ve compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions! Hopefully there’s some on here that you might not have thought of!

 

Do the apartments come furnished?

Yes, the apartment comes with beds, sofa, dining table, wardrobes/draws and tv units

 

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed at an additional £50pm cost

 

Do I get a car parking space?

Parking is available at £150pm cost

 

Do I have to pay to use the gym?

The gym is free and open 24hours

 

Do I have to pay to use the cinema room?

There is no cost for the cinema room

 

Do I have to book to use the shared spaces?

The shared spaces are open to all residents

Are bills included?

 Wifi is included in the rent cost

 

What concierge services are provided?

Concierges look after the resident’s parcels, get your meter reading and able to book services such as apartment cleaning. You can also report maintenance issues and book onto gym classes through the concierge

 

What kind of contracts are available?

We offer 6-month and 12-month contracts

Do you hold any social events?

We hold events frequently for the residents within the building which is no additional cost

 

Is there always concierge on site?

We have a 24hour concierge team on site
